Been a Minute

Well, it has been a minute!  I have been working on two very large non-painting projects.  Both of them have been super successful.  First, I gave birth to my amazing daughter Margo, which made painting a little tricky.  Then, I successfully completed my Masters Degree in Art History from Fort Hays State University.  

I really enjoyed studying Art History, and I am now able to teach an Advanced College Placement course through Indiana University at my school, Greenfield-Central High School.  

Painting has been difficult to find time for.  With the little time I am able to sneak for myself, I have been using it to jog on my treadmill in the morning (now that I am not using it for Master’s degree homework).  But as fate would have it, the treadmill quit working and suddenly I found myself painting with this time.  Check out the Enheduanna’s Draco page in the 2025 tab to see it.

My wonderful husband has repaired the treadmill, but I am going to continue alternating jogging and painting to get back into my groove.
