All Art Must Die
This painting is 73 by 49 inches and contains several layers of imagery. After working some photoshop magic with a photo that I took of the Vogue (a music venue in Indianapolis) on the night of Art versus Art (a really fun painting contest where a lot of art is destroyed), an image of a building designed by I.M. Pei, and and geometric design consisting of triangles. Once I arranged the layers to my liking, I gridded and painted them onto the canvas. Below is a slideshow of this painting from start to finish. Started October 11th- Finished December 31st, 2015. $3,200. SOLD to Mavris Arts & Event Center
